Description
BatchRenamer Studio renames large file sets from a rule chain instead of a single pattern: stack filters, tokens and renumbering steps, preview every change in a dry run, then apply it. Every operation is journaled to an undo log, so a bad rule is reversible.

How to Use
- Run the dry-run preview first and check the changed-name column before applying a chain
- Keep destructive steps last in the chain so a failed rename stops before touching file contents
- Export the undo log before moving renamed files to another volume
Care
- Licence tiers: Personal is a single seat for personal and non-commercial work; Commercial adds unlimited client projects; Extended adds up to five seats plus broadcast, streaming and paid advertising use. Every tier is bound to the purchasing account and may not be transferred, resold or shared.
- One licence covers the stated number of installations on hardware you own; the licence key is bound to your account and may not be transferred, resold or shared
Please Note
- No refunds once the licence key has been activated
- Renaming across network drives is slower and does not journal undo steps reliably — work on local volumes
- The Personal tier allows two installations; floating team use requires the Extended tier
Returns & Exchanges
Unused purchases are refundable within 14 days; once a file is downloaded or a licence key is activated the sale is final, except when a file is faulty or materially different from its description.
- Request within 14 days of the order, with the licence key never activated and no file downloaded – we check the download log.
- Order number supplied, plus written confirmation that the assets were not used in any project, demo or published work.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days; the licence key for that order is voided.
Not eligible for return:
- Orders where any file has been downloaded or any licence key activated – digital goods cannot be recovered, and download counts as delivery.
- Assets already used in client work, published releases or active production.
- Team seats, education pricing and Extended licence orders; licences cannot be transferred or exchanged.
