Unused purchases can be refunded within 14 days of the order. If a product is not what you expected, write to us before downloading and we will sort it out – refund or a swap for another pack.
After download
Because a download cannot be returned, downloaded products are refunded when the file is faulty or materially different from its description. Send the issue to yonggushangmao@outlook.com and we will replace the file or refund the order.

Corrupted or incomplete files are always made good: we re-issue the download, and refund if we cannot.
